- Represented Caturus in the Final Investment Decision for its $13 billion Commonwealth LNG export facility in Cameron Parish, Louisiana.
Prior to joining Kirkland, Jenny was involved in the following representative matters:
- Represented an industrial manufacturing company in its acquisition of a car wash parts supplier.
- Represented Reliant Medical, a clinically supervised ambulatory infusion company for patients with a wide range of chronic diseases located in Louisiana, Texas and Oklahoma, in its sale to Shore Capital Partners, a Chicago-based private equity firm.
- Represented Primus Capital Partners, a private equity firm with a long history of investing in high-growth healthcare technology and services companies, in its recapitalization of RxAnte, a leading provider of analytics, software and services for pharmacy care management.
- Represented Force Electrical Services, a leading provider of electrical distribution and transmission infrastructure services within the power end market, on its sale to SkyKnight Capital, L.P.
