Wilfred Ho is a partner in the Litigation Team in the Hong Kong office of Kirkland & Ellis. Wilfred’s practice focuses on international arbitration and commercial litigation. He advises Asian corporates and private equity funds, leveraging his strong grasp of the legal framework and business realities in Greater China. His representation spans a range of court and arbitration matters, including proceedings under the HKIAC, CIETAC, ICC and SIAC rules.

Wilfred has also built substantial experience in managing high-stakes, complex disputes arising from commercial transactions and intellectual property issues. In commercial litigation, he represents clients across a wide spectrum of company law matters, with particular experience in shareholder disputes and insolvency-related proceedings. Clients who have benefited from his knowledge and experience are primarily drawn from the gaming, media, entertainment, hospitality, technology and energy sectors.
