Jonathan Hoffman is a partner in the Investment Funds Group of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Jonathan’s practice focuses on the formation, structuring, capital raising and operation of private investment funds, including evergreen and closed-end funds, co-investment vehicles, single investor funds and separately managed accounts. His experience also includes advising sponsors on the marketing of investment products, negotiating placement agent arrangements and navigating operational, legal and regulatory issues. Jonathan has represented sponsors across a broad range of investment strategies, including private equity, credit, real estate, secondaries and GP stakes, with funds ranging in size from several hundred million to several billion dollars.
