• IK Partners on the sale of a controlling interest in the firm to Wendel
• TPG Growth and its portfolio company, People 2.0, on the acquisition of Brookson, a leading compliance and services platform for freelancers and their hirers 
• Polestar Performance AB on its $20 billion combination with Gores Guggenheim Inc.
• Bain Capital on the c. €1.7 billion acquisition of ITP Aero, an aero engine and gas turbine manufacturer, from Rolls-Royce
• Mediaocean on the acquisition of Flashtalking, a leading independent ad management platform 
• Funds managed by Apax Partners on the acquisition of the PIB Group, a leading independent specialist insurance intermediary 
• Summit Partners on its minority investment in LearnUpon, a cloud-based learning management system
• Vitruvian Partners on its sale of Unifaun, a cloud delivery orchestration platform serving the European logistics ecosystem, to Marlin Equity Partners

• Advised Healthscope Limited on the divestment of its Asian pathology business to funds managed/advised by TPG Capital Asia
• Advised Bulletproof Group Limited on its merger with AC3 by way of scheme of arrangement
• Advised Goldman Sachs Asian Special Situations Group on a number of principal investments
• Advised Healthscope Limited on the divestment of its Australian medical centres and skin clinics business to Fullerton Health
• Advised Australian Venue Co. (formerly Dixon Hospitality) on its acquisition of Publican Group Australia
• Advised M2 Group in relation to its merger with Vocus Communications Limited by way of scheme of arrangement
