Nan Hu is an associate in the Shanghai office of Kirkland & Ellis International LLP. His practice includes patent and trade secrets litigation, investigations, and compliance. He has experience in various technologies and industries, including telecommunications, lithium-ion battery, robotics, medical devices, media streaming, hydraulic fracturing, foodservice equipment, planters, pharmaceuticals and polyurethane spray system. Nan has also advised clients in multiple investigation and compliance matters. 

Before moving to Shanghai, Nan was a patent litigation associate in Kirkland’s New York office.
