Overview

Christian Huehns is an intellectual property partner in Kirkland’s Chicago office. His practice focuses on highly-technical litigation matters, including patent, trade secret, product liability and contractual disputes. Christian has represented large and small clients in complex disputes involving medical devices, telematics systems, manufacturing systems, building management systems, wireless communications, household appliances and off-road vehicles. He has represented clients in federal and state courts around the country, as well as at the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC) and Patent Trial and Appeal Board. Christian has experience in all phases of litigation, including pre-suit analysis and strategy, discovery and depositions, claim construction, summary judgment, trial and post-trial.
