Adnan M. Hussain is a debt finance associate in the Chicago office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP whose practice focuses on the representation of private equity, private credit, secondaries, growth equity and venture capital sponsors on fund financing transactions, including capital call/subscription credit facilities, management company and general partner credit facilities, net asset value (NAV) credit facilities, partner loan programs and co-investment structures, continuation vehicle and secondaries financings, back leverage facilities, as well as other bespoke liquidity solutions. Adnan also has experience representing private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies in connection with leveraged buyouts and asset-based credit facilities.
