Helen Huynh is a partner in the Structured Capital & Insurance Solutions Practice Group in the Boston office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Her focus is on representing collateral managers with respect to Broadly Syndicated Loan (BSL) and private credit CLO transactions. Helen also has experience in other structured finance products and securitizations, including representing issuers in whole-business securitizations and digital infrastructure asset-backed securitizations. She also has experience in fund financings, including NAV loans and subscription credit facilities.
