Helen Huynh

Overview

Helen Huynh is a partner in the Structured Finance & Structured Private Credit Practice Group in the Boston office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Helen focuses primarily on representing collateral managers with respect to broadly syndicated and middle market collateralized loan obligation (CLO) transactions. Helen also has experience with whole-business securitizations and other ABS transactions collateralized by fiber-optic networks and other alternative assets. Prior to joining Kirkland, Helen worked at an American multinational law firm focusing on fund finance and structured finance matters, an Australian multinational law firm focusing on asset finance and structured finance matters and within the legal and compliance department at an Australian investment bank.
