Overview

Ryan Jackson is a corporate partner in the Chicago office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Ryan’s practice focuses on structuring, negotiating and managing complex business transactions, including leveraged acquisitions and divestitures, mergers, venture and growth equity investments, corporate carve-out transactions, recapitalizations and restructurings, executive compensation and incentive equity matters. Ryan has represented private companies and private equity and venture capital firms in transactions ranging in size from under one million dollars to several billion dollars. Ryan also helps families navigate key considerations for setting up a family office, including structure types, employee incentive programs, regulatory requirements and financial flexibility.

Ryan has handled matters for numerous clients, including ParkerGale, Union Park Capital, Thoma Bravo, Bain Capital, GTCR, TA Associates, Flexpoint Ford, Olympus Partners, Beecken Petty O’Keefe as well as many of their portfolio companies.
