Benjamin J. Jain is a corporate attorney based in the Bay Area and Los Angeles offices of Kirkland & Ellis LLP, who leads West Coast initiatives in Kirkland’s Platform Solutions Group. He delivers data-driven market intelligence and strategic advisory services to private capital sponsors by leveraging the Firm’s global platform.
Benjamin brings extensive experience as a partner advising on mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and complex strategic transactions, representing a broad range of transactions, including deals valued at up to $3 billion.
Prior to joining Kirkland, Benjamin served as a member of President Bill Clinton’s correspondence team in Harlem, New York City.
He serves as President of the U.S. Board of Directors of the Glenn Gould Foundation.
