Benjamin J. Jain
Overview
Benjamin Jain is a corporate partner in the Bay Area office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Benjamin's practice is focused on mergers and acquisitions, as well as advising companies with respect to corporate governance, joint ventures and other corporate matters. He currently serves on the board of the Glenn Gould Foundation.
Prior to joining Kirkland, Benjamin was an associate at a leading Canadian law firm and he previously served as an intern in the personal office of President Bill Clinton in Harlem, New York City.
