Lindsey Jaquillard is a corporate associate in the Houston office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Her practice focuses on acquisitions, divestitures and joint venture formation in the upstream oil-and-gas sector. Lindsey's transactional experience also includes advising clients in connection with complex joint development projects, farmout and participation agreements to develop oil and gas properties, oil and gas transportation and gathering agreements, natural gas processing agreements and other commercial transactions.
