Overview

Andra Jicmon is an investment funds associate based in the London office of Kirkland & Ellis International LLP.

Andra represents sponsors and institutional investors in relation to the structuring, formation and operation of private investment funds, specifically, real estate, real estate debt, infrastructure and infrastructure credit funds. She has experience advising on a variety of commingled and fund-like structures, including co-investments, funds-of-one, joint ventures and separate managed accounts.

Prior to joining Kirkland, Andra was involved in the following matters:

  • A London-headquartered sponsor on a range of closed-ended and open-ended products, including their flagship Pan-European core real estate fund and its private credit and real estate debt products.
  • A London-headquartered sponsor on its global infrastructure debt fund.
  • A consortium of oil companies in relation to the structuring and launch of an infrastructure green fund investing in sustainable energy across Asia and Sub-Saharan Africa.
  • A London-headquartered sponsor on the launch of various products via its European fintech platform, including access funds and semi-liquid open-ended products.
  • Various Canadian pension plans on their primary investments.
  • Various sovereign investors on their cross-strategy investment programmes.
