Overview

Brady John is a litigation associate in the Nashville office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Brady assists his clients with their most complex and high-stakes legal problems and has been involved in multiple mass tort trials defending pharmaceutical companies against personal injury claims. Brady has experience serving diverse and global clients, and representing multinational pharmaceutical companies in product liability and mass tort litigation, doctors and hospital systems in healthcare liability, companies and individuals in personal injury cases, and healthcare facilities in certificate of need litigation. Brady supports clients through every phase of litigation, from legal research and discovery to drafting persuasive briefs and developing case strategy.

Brady received his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Tennessee College of Law and his B.A. from Rhodes College, where he also played four years of varsity baseball.
