Annie Jordan is a litigation associate in the Boston office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Her practice focuses on complex commercial litigation at the trial and appellate levels in state and federal courts, as well as antitrust and competition matters. She represents Fortune 500 companies, private equity sponsors and sophisticated clients across a broad range of industries, including healthcare, pharmaceutical, insurance, finance, manufacturing and technology. In addition, Annie has experience defending clients against high-stakes government investigations and enforcement actions involving the U.S. Department of Justice, the Securities and Exchange Commission and state enforcement agencies. Annie maintains an active pro bono practice, including providing representation to survivors of human trafficking and asylum seekers.
