Tommy Kagerer is an associate in the New York office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP and a member of the Firm’s Debt Finance Practice Group. He focuses his practice on advising corporate borrowers and private equity sponsors on a variety of debt financing transactions, including syndicated loan transactions, leveraged acquisition financings, first- and second-lien credit facilities, middle market and large cap financings, asset-based lending, restructuring transactions and other debt financing matters.
