Overview

Matthew Kaiser is a litigation partner in the Los Angeles office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Matthew helps clients navigate their most challenging matters, and his practice focuses on complex, bet-the-company cases, including federal multidistrict litigation asserting novel mass tort and antitrust theories and consumer class actions. He thrives on matters involving complicated technical issues — such as statistics, economics and medicine — where he distills difficult subjects into simple points that resonate with judges and juries. Matthew also counsels clients on evolving regulatory issues and strategies for protecting their interests in the court of public opinion.
