• Acting for Venator Materials, PLC on their prepackaged Chapter 11 in Texas
• Acting for Altera Infrastructure L.P., a leading international midstream services provider to the oil and gas industry, in pre-arranged Chapter 11 cases filed in the Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Texas
• Acting for NMC Healthcare, via its joint administrators, in its successful $7.6 billion financial restructuring
• Acting for Advent International and its portfolio company V.Group in V.Group's successful debt and equity restructuring 
• Acting for Agrokor d.d. (now known as Fortenova Grupa) and its special administrators in its restructuring under a Croatian special insolvency process with over EUR 6 billion of debt
• Acting for Algeco Scotsman in its restructuring
• Acting for Wentworth Partners, the largest creditor of the Lehman Brothers UK estate, including in relation to various "waterfall" litigation, brought in the UK courts and related matters

• Assisting a cross-holder creditor group of Travelodge with its financial restructuring including an operational restructuring using a credit voluntary arrangement
• Assisting Fitness First with its CVA and restructuring, amongst other things, its lease liabilities
• Acting for the first lien coordinating committee of eircom, the Irish telecoms company, in its restructuring
• Advising Regency Entertainment Leisure & Tourism S.A., the Greek leisure and gaming operator, in relation to its restructuring
• Assisting European Directories, a local search and lead generation company in its restructurings
• Acting for a number of fund clients and joint ventures on debt and equity portfolio purchases from EMEA based financial institutions – this work has involved assistance with multiple sectors including corporate loans, shipping and real estate
• Advising various funds in relation to their diligence and review of primary and secondary opportunities including detailed credit and security reviews, contingency planning, liaising with local counsel, advice on restructuring, path to control and value maximization proposals, acquisition of interest as a stakeholder, executing proposals and exit.
• Assisting multi-national corporations in the reorganizations of their international group structure. His involvement has included analysis and planning; transfers of assets and shares; advising on possible claims from major creditors such as banks, landlords and warranty claimants; advising directors and shareholders of subsidiaries in financial difficulty; undertaking solvent and insolvent voluntary liquidations of subsidiaries
