Rouzana Kasem is an investment funds associate in the London office of Kirkland & Ellis International LLP and a member of the Firm’s Liquidity Solutions Team.
Rouzana advises and represents clients with respect to secondary transactions in connection with private investment funds, including continuation funds, portfolio sales and other liquidity solutions. Rouzana also has experience advising sponsors and portfolio companies on direct acquisitions and disposals, management equity and general corporate law matters.
Prior to joining the Firm, Rouzana spent six months on secondment to Carlyle AlpInvest, where she acted as part of the in-house legal team covering secondaries, primaries and co-investments across Europe and Asia.
