Marc Kassis is a partner in the Complex Securitizations Practice Group in the New York office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. He represents market participants in a broad range of structured finance transactions, including asset-backed security offerings, warehouse facilities, forward flows and other acquisitions of debt portfolios. Marc’s experience spans across asset classes such as marketplace loans, mortgage loans, small business loans, student loans, tax liens, trade receivables and transportation assets. He has also advised on hybrid facilities blending securitization with traditional ABL financings.
