Ryan Katz is an investment funds associate in the New York office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP, as well as a member of the Regulatory Solutions Practice Group. His practice centers on advising private fund sponsors on a broad range of regulatory, compliance and transactional matters governed by the Investment Advisers Act, the Investment Company Act and related federal securities laws and regulations.
