Jake Keester is a litigation associate in the New York office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. His practice focuses on complex litigation, mass torts and commercial disputes. He has experience representing corporations in high-stakes product liability, toxic tort, and business litigation matters across state and federal courts.
Prior to joining Kirkland, Jake was a member of the trial team that secured a defense verdict for Johnson & Johnson in Doomey v. Johnson & Johnson, a case involving personal injury claims related to cosmetic talc products. He also has experience litigating asbestos-related claims and representing clients in multidistrict litigation proceedings.
