William Keller is a debt finance associate in the Dallas office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. William focuses on representing corporate borrowers, private equity sponsors and financial institutions in a variety of financing transactions, including leveraged financings, middle market and large cap financings, cross-border and domestic acquisition financings, debt restructuring transactions and other secured and unsecured financings.
