Prior to joining Kirkland, Greg was involved in the following representative matters:

• Antero Midstream LLC in its $70 million acquisition of certain gas gathering, compression, dehydration, measurement and appurtenant facilities in Doddridge and Harrison County, WV, from Mountaineer Midstream Company, LLC, a subsidiary of a subsidiary of Summit Midstream Partners, LP.
• Contango Resources, LLC, a subsidiary of Crescent Energy Co, in its sale of certain upstream oil and gas assets in Eddy County, New Mexico, to Riley Exploration-Permian, LLC.
• DT Midstream, Inc. in its $1.2 billion acquisition of a portfolio of three FERC-regulated natural gas transmission pipelines from ONEOK, Inc.
• Goldman Sachs in its $440 million strategic investment in BrightNight.
• Hut 8 Corp. in its acquisition of Rocky Butte Power. Holdco, LLC from Priority Power Management, LLC, a portfolio company of Oaktree Capital Management, L.P and Ara Partners.
• IMTT Holdings LLC, a portfolio company of Riverstone Holdings LLC, in its sale of five bulk liquids storage terminals located in Alamogordo, NM, Bremen, GA, Macon, GA, Montgomery, AL and Moundville, AL to JET Infrastructure Holding IA LLC, a portfolio company of Instar Asset Management; and in the sale of its bulk liquids storage terminal located in Gretna, Louisiana, to BWC Terminals.
• Mesa Royalties III Holdings, LLC and affiliates in its acquisition of oil and gas mineral and royalty interests in the Haynesville shale play.
• Presidio Investment Holdings in its merger with EQV Ventures Acquisition Corp., a SPAC sponsored by EQV Group.
• WhiteHawk Energy in its $187 million acquisition of PHX Minerals Inc.; in connection with a $100 million term facility, of which $20 million was used to acquire the Haynesville Shale natural gas mineral and royalty assets located in northwestern Louisiana and eastern Texas, from Mesa Minerals Partners II, LLC; and in connection with raising debt and issuing preferred stock to finance the acquisition of natural gas mineral and royalty interests in the Marcellus Shale.
