Shan Khan is a corporate partner in the Dallas office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Shan’s practice focuses on all aspects of debt financing transactions, including the representation of private funds, public and private companies, financial institutions and alternative lenders in secured and unsecured financings, cash-flow and asset-based facilities, acquisition financings, recapitalizations, cross-border transactions, and second-lien, mezzanine and subordinated financings. His experience spans transactions across a range of industries including technology, energy, manufacturing, retail, healthcare and life sciences. Shan’s practice also includes a focus on pro bono projects.
