Raphael Khoo is a corporate associate in the London office of Kirkland & Ellis International LLP. Raphael’s practice focuses on advising a broad range of financial investor clients, including private equity houses, private companies and other financial sponsors globally.
Prior to joining Kirkland, Raphael spent six months on secondment to CVC Capital Partner’s London legal team, supporting the UK and European buyout teams on their private equity investments.
