Rocky Khoshbin is a litigation associate in the Chicago office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Rocky is an advocate focused on achieving optimal results for clients both inside and outside the courtroom. He approaches legal issues from all available angles to find solutions tailored to what each client needs. Rocky has experience litigating a broad array of cases, including antitrust, restructuring and mass tort matters.
Rocky has interned for a member of the United States House of Representatives on Capitol Hill, for a senior judge at the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois and for the Division of Enforcement at the United States Securities & Exchange Commission. During law school, he was a national-qualifying mock trial competitor and a senior articles editor for the Georgetown Journal of Legal Ethics. He has published articles related to the attorney-client privilege, constitutional law, legal history and congressional investigations.
Outside the office, Rocky volunteers by judging educational mock trial tournaments at the high school and collegiate levels. Rocky has been involved with mock trial for over a decade and takes great interest in helping students develop advocacy skills.
