Since joining Kirkland, Kelly has been involved in the following matters:

• Thoma Bravo, a leading software investment firm, on its strategic growth investment in Circle Cardiovascular Imaging Inc.
• Vista Equity Partners in its investment in Assent Compliance Inc.
• CoolSys, Inc. in its acquisition of Triangle Refrigeration Co.

Prior to joining Kirkland, Kelly was involved in the following matters:

• CoolSys, Inc. in each of its acquisitions of Building Air Services, Inc., Tech Mechanical, Inc., BRR Refrigeration, LLC, Richmond Refrigeration Service, Inc., Thermal Resource Sales, Inc. and Supermarket Environment Services Company, Carolina Refrigeration Services, Inc., A. Duquette & Son, Inc., C. E. Holt Refrigeration, Incorporated, and T&O Refrigeration, Inc.
• Data Foundry, Inc. in its sale to Switch, Inc. for $420 million in an all cash transaction
• Asuragen, Inc. in its sale to Bio-Techne Corporation for initial consideration of $215 million in cash plus contingent consideration of up to $105 million upon achievement of certain milestones
• EnCap Investments L.P. in its formation of EnCap Energy Transition Fund I with total commitments of approximately $1.2 billion
• Blackstone Infrastructure Partners L.P. in its two-step acquisition of Tallgrass Energy, LP
  • Acquisition of 100 percent of the membership interests in Tallgrass Energy, LP's general partner and an approximately 44 percent economic interest in Tallgrass Energy, LP for approximately $3.3 billion in cash
  • Take-private of Tallgrass Energy, LP for $22.45 in cash per publicly held outstanding Class A share
• Direct Energy, LP in its sale of Clockwork, Inc. and certain of its affiliates to Authority Brands for $300 million
