Overview

Clio Koller is a litigation associate in the New York office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Her practice focuses on commercial litigation and product liability matters, as well as internal investigations and government enforcement proceedings. Clio has experience across all phases of litigation, including taking and defending depositions, briefing and arguing motions, and serving on trial teams, where she has delivered an opening statement, examined witnesses and presented rebuttal argument in a federal jury trial.

Prior to rejoining Kirkland, Clio served as a law clerk to Judge Lorna G. Schofield of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York.
