Alexis Koumas is an investment funds associate in the London office of Kirkland & Ellis International LLP.
Alexis advises clients on all aspects of fund formation, with a particular focus on private equity funds. Her experience spans the full fund lifecycle, including structuring investment vehicles, negotiating investor terms, drafting investment agreements and side arrangements, advising on carried interest arrangements and managing fund wind-ups.
