Mike Kraft is a litigation partner in the Chicago office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Mike’s practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, where he has represented clients in high-stakes products liability, breach of contract, shareholder dispute, corporate restructuring and data privacy matters. In his role as a litigator, Mike has counseled corporations and individuals across a broad range of industries, including consumer products, technology, manufacturing, entertainment, pharmaceuticals, accounting, engineering and security, through their most critical business disputes. Mike also has experience conducting internal investigations for companies facing government enforcement actions and in the corporate restructuring process.
Mike maintains an active pro bono practice, focusing primarily on animal rights issues.
