Radhika Kshatriya is an associate in the Investment Funds Practice Group in Kirkland & Ellis LLP’s Los Angeles office. Her practice focuses on the representation of the sponsors of private investment funds with respect to regulatory issues arising during fundraises, continuing operations, SEC examinations and corporate transactions. She also has experience with the application of federal and state securities laws to the asset management industry, including the Investment Advisers Act of 1940, the Investment Company Act of 1940, the Securities Act of 1933 and the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.
