Lea Lambert is an investment funds associate in the Washington, D.C., office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Her practice focuses on representing investment companies, including business development companies (BDCs), their independent boards, and investment advisers on legal, regulatory, compliance and governance matters. She also represents clients in public and private offerings of debt and equity and advises on matters related to fund formation and SEC exemptive relief.
