Civil Litigation
Representing a technology services company in an advancement action in Delaware.
Representing multiple special purpose acquisition companies (“SPACs”) and their directors and officers in multiple securities, derivative and additional shareholder lawsuits pending around the country, including in California, Delaware and New York.
Represented Ranbaxy in a multidistrict antitrust class action suit arising out of a patent litigation settlement concerning the cholesterol drug Lipitor®.
Represented one of the largest meat processing manufacturers in a post-closing tax benefit sharing dispute.
Represented Biogen in a qui tam action alleging that Biogen caused the submission of false claims to multiple federal healthcare programs through purported kickback schemes related to certain multiple sclerosis drugs.*
Governmental and Regulatory
Represented a major financial institution in coordinated investigations by multiple regulators, including CFPB, Office of the Comptroller of the Currency and Federal Reserve Board, relating to consumer account opening processes.
Represented cryptocurrency exchange in the successful parallel resolutions of DOJ, FTC, SEC and CFTC investigations.
