Leland Langston

Leland Langston is an associate in the Investment Funds Practice Group in the Los Angeles office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. His practice focuses on private investment funds and investment advisers. Leland represents clients on a wide variety of transactional and regulatory matters, including the formation, offering and operation of private equity funds. Leland also counsels investment advisers with respect to federal securities laws and Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) regulations, including representing clients in SEC examinations.
