Romina Lauper is a corporate foreign associate in the New York office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Her practice focuses on advising public and private companies, including private equity firms and strategic investors, in connection with mergers and acquisitions and other strategic transactions.
Prior to joining Kirkland, Romina was an associate in the Corporate/M&A Team at Baer & Karrer AG (Switzerland) where she focused on national and international M&A transactions as well as on all matters related to corporate and contract law.
