Michael Leaf Puvanesan is a corporate associate in the London office of Kirkland & Ellis International LLP. Michael advises private equity funds and other financial sponsors on a wide range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, equity arrangements, disposals, reorganisations and portfolio company advisory work. Michael has experience advising on a broad spectrum of domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, including private equity-backed buyouts, public-to-private takeovers and minority and co-investment transactions.
