Prior to joining Kirkland, Jenny was involved in the following matters:
Represented an industrial goods and metal fabrication company in federal securities litigation in the District of Oregon alleging that proxy statement disclosures in connection with the acquisition of the company were false and misleading.
Represented a cable company in antitrust litigation relating to the acquisition of the company by a telecommunications company in the District Court for the District of Columbia.
Represented a semiconductor and telecommunications equipment company in a Section 337 proceeding before the International Trade Commission relating to alleged patent infringements of a brand baseband processor modem.
Represented a bank in a purported class action litigation in the Southern District of New York relating to an alleged conspiracy to manipulate the Australian bank bill swap rate.
Represented a healthcare and pharmaceuticals company and certain individuals in shareholder derivative litigation in the Northern District of Illinois.
Represented a healthcare and pharmaceuticals company and certain individuals in federal securities litigation in the District of Arizona.
Represented a minerals products company in bankruptcy proceedings in the District of Colorado.
