Overview

Kevin Leung is a litigation and arbitration partner in the London office of Kirkland & Ellis International LLP. He advises on high-stakes shareholder, contractual, bondholder, investment, insolvency and restructuring disputes, as well as intellectual property disputes, civil fraud, jurisdictional challenges, professional negligence and urgent asset preservation. He regularly acts on complex cross-border matters involving proceedings in England, Hong Kong, Singapore, Bermuda, the Cayman Islands and the British Virgin Islands.
