Overview

Kevin Leung is an associate in the litigation team in the Hong Kong office of Kirkland & Ellis. He is particularly experienced in litigating high-stakes shareholder, bond, investment, insolvency and restructuring disputes. He regularly advises on complex and cross-border matters, including contractual disputes, jurisdictional disputes, civil fraud, professional negligence and urgent asset preservation. Recognised as a key lawyer for dispute resolution in the 2024 edition of Legal500 Hong Kong, he has represented private equity funds, listed companies, multinational corporations, financial institutions, state-owned enterprises, professional firms and high-net-worth individuals.

Kevin is qualified in Hong Kong and England and Wales. He graduated with First Class Honours from Queens’ College, The University of Cambridge (LL.M., 2020) and First Class Honours from The University of Hong Kong (LL.B., 2015; BBA (Law), 2013).
