Marc Leung is an investment funds associate in the London office of Kirkland & Ellis International LLP.

Marc advises and represents sponsors on all aspects of the structuring, formation and operation of private investment funds across a broad range of strategies and asset classes, including related carried interest and co-investment arrangements. Marc also has experience advising institutional investors on their investment into private investment funds.
