David Levin is an intellectual property litigation associate in the Los Angeles office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. David focuses his practice on complex commercial and intellectual property litigation in federal courts and administrative proceedings.

David has experience representing clients in a wide range of disputes, including intellectual property, employment, trade secret and consumer protection matters. His work includes asserting and defending complex commercial claims and advising companies in connection with regulatory and enforcement matters.

David has substantial experience across all phases of litigation, including fact and expert discovery, motion practice and trial. He has taken and defended numerous fact and expert witness depositions and has examined witnesses at trial. He works closely with clients, experts and trial teams to develop case strategy and advance complex litigation through resolution.
