Overview

Logan Lewis is a trial and appellate partner in Kirkland’s Washington, D.C., office who represents companies in complex commercial cases and bet-the-company litigation. Logan’s practice focuses on multidistrict litigations, products liability disputes, False Claims Act cases, contract disputes, class actions and other commercial disputes. Earlier this year, Logan helped Allergan (AbbVie) to defeat a massive False Claims Act case at summary judgment, where the relator alleged a nationwide, 15-year scheme to defraud the government through alleged kickbacks and off-label promotion. Logan also maintains an active pro bono practice, serving as a guardian ad litem and representing veterans before the Board of Veterans’ Appeals. Before joining the Firm, Logan served as a law clerk to the Honorable Peter J. Phipps on the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
