Hazel Lim is a debt finance associate in the Tokyo office of Kirkland & Ellis (Gaikokuho Kyodo Jigyo).
Hazel has advised private equity funds and sponsors, as well as financial institutions, credit funds and other funds, on a wide range of financings in the Asia-Pacific region, with a focus on leveraged acquisition and take-private financings, refinancings, dividend recapitalizations and restructurings. She also has prior experience in corporate financings, project financings, trade financings, debt issuances and a variety of loan facilities.
