Overview
Matt Lisagar is a partner in the New York office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. He represents clients across a broad range of industries in antitrust and complex litigation matters with a focus on discovery strategy and counseling. Matt regularly represents clients in litigation, including class actions and MDLs, involving allegations of monopolization, price fixing, other restraints of trade and merger challenges. He also advises clients in connection with merger reviews and civil antitrust investigations by federal and state antitrust regulators, including cross-border matters. Matt has extensive experience developing and implementing strategies that help clients efficiently and effectively handle defensive and offensive discovery throughout all phases of a litigation or investigation. He also has considerable experience working with opposing counsel and regulators to address significant discovery issues and craft practical solutions.
