Ryan Lombardo is a debt finance associate in the Washington, D.C., office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. He advises private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies, financial institutions, institutional investors and other creditors in a variety of financing transactions, with a focus on the energy and infrastructure sectors.
Before joining Kirkland, Ryan worked at a Washington, D.C., law firm advising corporate borrowers, banks and private credit lenders in debt financing transactions. During law school, he was a Student Honors Program legal intern in the Division of Enforcement of the Securities and Exchange Commission.
