Tim Long is a partner in the Los Angeles office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. His practice focuses on the representation of sellers, buyers and market intermediaries in secondary transactions. With substantial experience in the secondary space, he has led transactions involving traditional portfolio sales, complex structured secondaries, going-private structures, fund recapitalizations, stapled secondary offerings and other GP-led transactions.
