Caroline Lourgos concentrates her practice on patent litigation and other complex intellectual property disputes. She has experience in all phases of patent litigation, including pleadings, fact and expert discovery, claim construction, trial preparation, trial, and pretrial and posttrial motions. Caroline leverages her technical background to help clients in various fields of technology, including biotechnology, medical devices, chemistry, computing and electronics, and consumer goods.
