Julie Louzeau is an investment funds associate in the Paris office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP.
Julie advises European investment funds on matters relating to the structuring, formation, fund raising and operation of alternative investment funds including private equity, as well as on GP-led fund transactions.
Julie also has experience with the establishment of fund management companies, carried interest and co-investment schemes specific to France.
