Esther Lu is a debt finance associate in the New York office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Esther’s practice focuses on the Structured Finance & Structured Private Credit Practice Group. She primarily focuses on whole-business securitizations and ABS transactions.
Esther has collaborated and advised on major cases, including Pacific Rim, TPG, Sequoia Heritage, Sunnova Energy, Metro Communications Company, Crestline-Gigstreem, Bojangles Restaurant and Point Broadband.
Esther advises her clients on innovative and specialized finance structures, especially in the digital infrastructure and whole business securitization markets.
