- GL Capital on its proposed privatization of SciClone Pharmaceuticals (Holdings) Limited (HKSE: 6600), a company incorporated in the Cayman Islands and listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange
- CICC, as financial adviser to Inner Mongolia Yitai Coal Co., Ltd. (HKSE: 3948; SHSE: 900948), on its proposal to buy-back all its issued H shares, which will result in the delisting of the H shares from The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited
- Bain Capital, on its minority investment in EcoCeres, Inc., an advanced biorefinery platform with operations in China and Malaysia and a subsidiary of The Hong Kong and China Gas Company Limited (Towngas) (HKSE: 0003)
- SciClone Pharmaceuticals (Holdings) Limited (HKSE: 6600), a biopharmaceutical company with an integrated platform for product development and commercialization, on its HK$780 million voluntary conditional cash offer to buy-back up to 77,534,791 shares at HK$10.06 per share, representing approximately 11.16% of SciClone Pharmaceuticals’ total issued share capital
- Carlyle on the acquisition of HCP Global, a leading Chinese packaging firm, from Baring Private Equity Asia. This transaction was named “Deals of the Year 2022” by China Business Law Journal
- Voyager Innovations, a KKR portfolio company and the leading technology company in the Philippines, on its US$210 million Series C fundraising round (including funding from KKR, Tencent, PLDT, IFC, SIG Venture Capital, EDBI and First Pacific)
- TPG, a leading global alternative asset firm, and Abu Dhabi Investment Authority, a globally diversified investment institution that prudently invests funds on behalf of the Government of Abu Dhabi, on the acquisition of a minority stake in The CrownX
- FountainVest on its acquisition of Ziwi, a New Zealand-based ultra-premium pet food manufacturer and global exporter
- JD Property Group Corporation in its acquisition of a controlling interest in, and the related takeover of, China Logistics Property Holdings Co., Ltd. (HKSE: 1589)
- Ziwi, a FountainVest portfolio company, on its acquisition of Freeze Dried Foods, a New Zealand-based company and a global leader in continuous freeze drying
