Kate Luarasi
Overview
Kate Luarasi is a corporate partner in Kirkland’s Boston office and a member of the Investment Funds and Debt Finance Practice Groups, representing private credit investment fund sponsors and providing market intelligence and strategic client advisory services relating to private credit and private credit funds. Kate frequently advises on rated note funds, collateralized fund obligations and other insurance capital-efficient structures.

Proskauer Rose LLP
Prior to joining Kirkland, Kate was a member of the Private Credit Group at Proskauer Rose LLP, where she focused her practice on representing a diverse group of lenders, including private debt funds, BDCs, hedge funds and SBIC funds in financing transactions, including unitranche, senior cash flow, second-lien, secured and unsecured mezzanine, holdco, and other forms of private credit and junior capital finance.
