Overview

Kate Luarasi is a partner in Kirkland’s New York office and a co-head of the Structured Capital & Insurance Solutions team. Kate represents private credit investment fund sponsors and provides client advisory services relating to private credit and private credit funds. She has extensive experience advising on complex fund formation and insurance solutions leveraging structured credit product technology to establish rated funds, rated notes, collateralized fund obligations (CFOs), as well as insurance dedicated funds and other capital-efficient structures targeting insurance company capital.
